Research activities

My research tries to give answer to this question: what information can be extracted from the characteristics of a RF analog integrated circuit by measuring the temperature in the silicon surface? To this end, we are developing strategies to measure temperature in integrated circuits, developing temperature sensors compatibles with the technology of the RF circuit and working in the field of thermal coupling characterization in integrated circuits.
